Rotary Watch VICTORY LINER Bus back Advocacy to OBEY THE LAW
Victory Liner buses ( 30 units) will be displaying the Rotary Watch Obey the Law message plying the Northern Luzon routes from February to May 2011 compliments of Victory Liner Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program arranged by Rotarian Marivic del Pilar and supported by the Outdoor Advertising Association of the Philippines (OAAP and Sign Media care of PP Joe Vale). A Rotary Watch banner containing the POLEPFOR logo was turned over to Mr Little to designate the joint alliance. |

Rotarian Geoffrey Little visits Rotary Club of Forbes Park ( District 3830) Mr. Little is the Chairman of the Police Law Enforcement Professionals Fellowship of Rotarians (Polepfor –www.polepfr.org) and the Dean of the Ambassadorial Chair of the Rotary District Peace Communities Programme . ROTARY WATCH MEETS WITH DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo, July 23, 2010
Rotary Watch Chairman Albert M G Garcia, Deputy Chairman Ruben Torres and Rotary Watch Club Office (RWCO) Francisco Adriano paid a courtesy visit to DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo to brief the DILG on Rotary Watch Alliance with the PNP for peace and order. Rotary Watch expressed interest to likewise assist DILG in whatever capacity to enhance the governance capabilities of DILG including the contribution of a national NGO to community service. |

On March 20, 2010, the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) was formally signed with the PNP represented by PNP Chief Superintendent Atty Ernesto Heredia & Rotary Watch Chairman Albert M G Garcia witnessed by District Governor Sid Garcia Rotary Watch Club Officers ( RWCO) RCWO Manuel Cantos RC Makati Buendia and Rotary Watch District 3830 Administrator (RWDA) Ces Singzon. The IRR signing is a step forward step into the final roll out of Rotary Watch nationwide. The next step is for the PNP to issue a Letter of Instruction (LOI) to all police units regarding Rotary Watch. The PNP also awarded a Plaque of Appreciation to Rotary Watch Chairman Albert M G Garcia, who accepted this for and on behalf of all Rotarians. For two days Rotary Watch Secretariat Anna Molina and personnel from ALL CARDS where processing volunteer applications for the Rotary Watch ID. This procedure will be undertaken in all Rotary Districts nationwide. |
