Rotarians need to be pre-registered to VANI-TXT to be able to send incident reports.
To send incident reports to PNP via Rotary Watch,
JUST TYPE IN: RW space [ text your report of incident]" then send to 9988.
HOW TO REGISTER AND REPORT
The Rotary Watch procedure for e-registration as volunteers is now operational As Rotarian volunteers to Rotary Watch, the reporting system will allow you to directly report incidents or violations directly to the PNP.

Vanity Code Syntax: RW [District #] [Your Initials] (e.g. RW3830AMGG) all Rotarians are to craft their individual Vanity Code in a similar fashion that I have created for myself, Albert M G Garcia.
For SMART Subscribers:
Type "REG space [VANITY CODE]" and send to 9988 for example : type REG space RW3830AMGG then SEND to 9988
For Globe Subscribers:
Type "JOIN space [VANITY CODE]" and send to 9988 - type JOIN space RW3830AMGG then SEND to 9988
