CONCEPT
• Philippine Rotary Watch is a volunteer program aimed at assisting the Philippine National Police in the identification and reporting of nominated offences and infringements. The critical contribution of volunteers is the fact that Rotarians
1. Are mobile
2. Have immediate access to communications facilities
3. And largely remain anonymous.
• In addition to increased peace and order Philippine Rotary Watch aims to elevate the volunteers awareness and consciousness that peace and order is also the community’s responsibility.
• Philippine Rotary Watch Volunteers tasks is to identify and report to the Philippine National Police matters relating to reckless driving, smoke belching, drug abuse, crime as it occurs, traffic infringements, mulcting and other matters as identified by the Philippine National Police.
• The Philippine Rotary Watch is a dynamic concept will be continuously tested and streamlined as appropriate.
